Graduation Party

Every year, we acknowledge and say farewell to our 8th-grade students! This night is dedicated to a special service and a reception to follow in the fellowship hall.

7th-grade parents usually coordinate this event.

The coordinators of this event have the opportunity to:

· This committee is coordinated and run by the 7th-grade students and parents

· Coordinate the 8th-grade graduation party in May (evening, after the Graduation service)

· Responsible for decorating food, drinks, party supplies, etc.

· Work with the school newsletter editor in promoting this event to ensure donations to defray the cost

· Five volunteers are needed to help with the event
