SCHOOL REGISTRATION - Tuesday, August 14th from 2pm-7pm.

Please fill out the required PC volunteer form on or before school registration.

Currently you can choose from a printable version OR you can fill it out online.

You only need to fill out one or the other:

Online: If you fill it out online, there is no need to print anything out. Please let volunteers know that you filled yours out online.
