Parent/Teacher Conferences

Every fall our teachers spend a lot of time preparing for Parent/Teacher conferences and so we provide them with the fuel they need to keep them going into the evening.

The coordinator of this event has the opportunity to:

• Coordinate 3 faculty dinners during the Parent-Teacher Conferences in November
• Determine a menu and buy/obtain donations for the necessary items for the dinners
• Coordinate with the school newsletter editor in promoting this event and to insure donations to help defray cost
• All receipts must be turned into the President for reimbursement
• Five volunteers needed to help with the serving of the dinners
