PTO Volunteers

Volunteers are always needed and appreciated! Earn your volunteer hours while helping out with events your kids love! See below for some of the upcoming opportunities. All volunteer opportunities will have a sign up in advance which will be sent out closer to the date of the event.

Harvest Festival Party - October 30th, 2025

Setup, clean up, and manning activities will be needed. More info to be posted.

DIY Christmas Fair - December 12th, 2025

Volunteers needed for the Do It Yourself Christmas Fair - Set up, clean up, assisting kids with creating/wrapping their own Christmas gifts. More details to come

Teacher Appreciation Week - December 15-19th, 2026

Food donations will be needed. More details to come

Trinity Christmas Program - December 18th, 2025

Setup and clean up of hot cocoa, punch and treats for after the Christmas Program. More info to be posted.

Advance the Potential - January 24th, 2026

Decorating for the Advance the Potential event and dessert. More info to come.

Grandparents Day - January 28th, 2026

Setup, clean up and help for the Sit 'n Sip style reception. More info coming soon.
