PTO Volunteers

Volunteers are always needed and appreciated! Earn your volunteer hours while helping out with events your kids love! See below for some of the upcoming opportunities. All volunteer opportunities will have a sign up in advance which will be sent out closer to the date of the event.

Harvest Festival Party - October 29th, 2026

Setup, clean up, and manning activities will be needed. More info to be posted.

DIY Christmas Fair - December 11th, 2026

Volunteers needed for the Do It Yourself Christmas Fair - Set up, clean up, assisting kids with creating/wrapping their own Christmas gifts. More details to come

Trinity Christmas Program - December 17th, 2026

Setup and clean up of hot cocoa, punch and treats for after the Christmas Program. More info to be posted.

Grandparents Day - March 10th, 2027

Setup, clean up and help for the Sit 'n Sip style reception. More info coming soon.

Bingo Night - March 18th, 2027

Would you like to emcee? Setup, clean up and help will be needed. More info coming soon.

Tiger Run - April 30th, 2027

Graduation - June 8th, 2027

Provide cake and punch, set up, clean up. Sign up to come.

Field Day - June 9th, 2027
