LEST 2025 Hotel Information - Book ASAP!

We will be staying at a different hotel for LEST 2025!

This year we are asking that each family book their own lodging.  We do not have money in the budget to pay for the rooms for kids and chaperones.  There is a group that will be fundraising to help with costs and I can put anyone interested in helping with that in touch with them.  

For those of you at the meeting last week I am including some answers to questions that were asked.  If I missed a question or a new one comes up please reach out to me and I will do my best to get it answered.

The Sales and Meeting Coordinator for the Fairfield by Marriott sent me the following information…

or by calling our hotel directly at 253-770-3100.

Please note: The booking link will only work for the dates listed on the agreement: February 12th, 13th, and 14th, 2025. Should you have any guests that would like to make reservations outside of these dates, they will need to call the hotel directly.   (Check in on 2/12/25 out on 2/15/25)

Any guest using the reservation link will need to change the stay dates manually in order for the group rate to populate.

Any reservations made can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty, as long as they are made using the group’s booking link & discount, and not any of the “prepay and save” options.

A few things to note…

We only have a total of 10 rooms reserved under this block (at the special pricing).  If these all get reserved they are willing to add more as long as there are rooms available.  (Currently there are plenty).  Please use the link to book your hotel to get the lowest price ASAP!  As soon as these are all booked I will have them add additional rooms, I just need someone to let me know if you could not book for this reason.

Currently, the hot tub is being repaired, but they haven’t been given an expected completion date.  As of now, the pool is functioning and there are no plans to work on it while our group is onsite.
