Mr. Schultz has received a call to teach at St. Stephen's in Beaver Dam. Please keep him in your prayers as he considers where to best serve the Lord.
The congregation has begun the process to find a replacement for Mrs. Schmidt's current role as Extended Learning teacher. We will give updates when that position has been filled. If you have any questions please reach out to Mr. Rathje.
Thank you to all who helped with Arbor Day! It was a great day and a great opportunity for our students to help out.
Coming Soon: Olympic Day 2024!
Check out the Parent Note below for more details and how you can help make this a fun event for our students. We are asking EACH family to fill out the Google Form below by next Friday, May 3, so that we can arrange rides and organize volunteers. If you have any questions, you can email Miss Lau (mlau@trinitycaledonia.org). Also, don't forget to order hot lunch for your child(ren) if they plan on eating the provided meal on that day.

Class composite pictures are coming home today, each student will receive one.
Please see the attached calendar for the 2024-2025 school year. (Please note that Parent information night has been moved to August 13th.)
There will be a congregational voters' meeting on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:30 PM. All members are welcome to attend.
Thank you for adjusting to the needs in the parking lot. It has been determined that we will not need to open the doors earlier than 8:30 with the altered traffic pattern. We will return to our 8:30 drop off time next week.
We encourage parents to use the loop rather than park. If you must park in the lot in the morning please note that we will only have one row. This will help us to make room for construction.
The SLHS Forensics meet is Wednesday, May 1 and we will have early dismissal at 3:15 for the Forensics students that day. If you plan to pick up siblings at that time please communicate with your teachers in advance.
GOD BE PRAISED! This summer we will be joined by our new pastor and seventh grade teacher. We would like to present these families with a gift from the congregation. We are looking for donations to include in a welcome basket for our new called workers.
Suggested items for the basket:
Gift Cards for groceries, local restaurants, local nurseries, local sites etc.
Items for the beach
Items for a snowy climate
Local information about restaurants, city activities
Local Food items such as Kringle, cheeses etc. NOTE: Food items should be donated closer to the arrival dates of our workers so they are not expired!
Items will be gathered for the next three months (April-June), and can be placed in the green bins in the expansion hallway.
Culver's Nights in May and June: all proceeds will support the students and chaperones attending the WELS Youth Rally in June. Just tell them Trinity sent you!
Attention all Scrip users:
You have 1 month left to purchase scrip to get your CASH BACK in June or use your earnings towards the next school year tuition. Closing day is May 31st.
If you’re still unsure how to use scrip to get cash back or help with tuition costs, please come see us at the scrip table by the office each morning.
If you would like to purchase a gift card for the new Pastor or new teacher, this would be a great opportunity as well.
Lunch orders for May close tomorrow April 26th.
If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Wilsmann at lunch@trinitycaledonia.org
