NOTE: It is required to complete the initial user set up and first login to the cloud environment. If you have not done so, you will be unable to reset your password using this method as you will NOT yet have an MFA method added to your account. To log into your environment for the first time, please follow the steps in the link below:
Connect to Trimble Accubid Classic Hosted
Browse to the following URL: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/passwordreset#!/
Enter your account name, which should be in the following format:
AVD: firstinitial.lastname.companycode@viewpoint.cloud
Click "Next"
NOTE: This account is unique to the AVD environment and looks like @viewpoint.cloud
4. Click "next" and the system will send a notification number to your Microsoft Authenticator app that was set up on your mobile device previously
5. Enter the number showing on your PC's screen into the Microsoft Authenticator app prompt on your mobile device
6. Tap "yes" on your mobile device
7. Enter your new password into the screen that comes up next on your web browser on your computer. Then, click "Next"
8. You are Done. Your Password has been Reset!
