Registration & Hotel Information

Dimensions 2018 registration is now open. For all Trimble employees planning to attend Dimensions this year as staff, speaker or general attendee, please read the following important instructions:

Please visit the Dimensions Website at www.trimbledimensions.com

Click the “Register Now” button. You will be directed to the registration page. In order to register as a Trimble Employee, you will need to use the following code: TrimbleEmployee2018

• Make sure to enter the employee registration code: TrimbleEmployee2018
• If you do not input the code you will go into the regular attendee portal and you will need to provide a credit card and expense your registration fee. Please don't!!!
• Once you enter your contact information plus other general information, you will have the option to choose Staff, Speaker, Speaker/Staff or General Attendee.

Staff For approved employees who have been asked to work at the conference

Speaker If you submitted an abstract and have been approved to be a speaker

General Attendee If you are attending the conference in general and don’t have a specific role

Speaker/Staff Dual role

Please Note: Trimble employee registration fee is $1395 regardless of your role. The registration fee will be cross-charged to your department. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included. Employees attending the conference must provide the name of your manager during the registration process.

Before you register, make sure you have your department Oracle Number handy. In the Payment section, you will need to enter your department’s Oracle Number. Even more important though, you will need to obtain approval from your manager and will be required to provide that information.

Should you wish to purchase a guest pass, you are responsible for payment. A guest pass is $350.
