We are once again at the lovely Venetian/Palazzo Hotel and Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, NV.
The question always comes up - how do I get to the hotel? Luckily it's Las Vegas and there are plenty of options. Here's a few ideas to help you once you land at the airport (sadly though there is no helicopter service available!!!)
The best and most economical option for transportation to and from the airport is a shuttle. You will be dropped off and picked up on either The Venetian or The Palazzo Front Drives. McCarran International Airport consists of 110 aircraft gates at two separate terminal buildings, each with its own parking garage. Because the two facilities are not physically connected, it's important that you know which airline operates at which terminal building before coming or leaving the airport.
McCarran Airport Shuttles:
For those of you who require a car, here are the driving directions. From McCarran Airport, turn left on East Tropicana Road and make a right turn onto Koval Lane.Make a left onto East Flamingo Road and a right turn onto Las Vegas Boulevard. The main entrance will be located on your right hand side. Address: 3355 Las Vegas Boulevard S., Las Vegas, NV 89109.
There is free parking for all guests in The Venetian garage, accessed by Las Vegas Boulevard or by a shared access road off Koval Lane behind the hotel. Complimentary valet parking is also available 24/7 at the front of the hotel or on the 3rd level of The Venetian parking garage
More than 10 taxi companies provide service to and from the airport and locations throughout Las Vegas. Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Customers should notify the attendant if they plan to use a credit card for payment. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five, including infants and children.
Cost: Varies depending on traffic and time of year. Additionally, there is a $1.80 charge on all fares originating at the airport.
Yes they are available but the cost will vary depending on where you want to go or if surge pricing is in effect. Uber will display price range. Lyft will not.
