In 2016 a Dharma Review team formed within the Trillium Awakening Teachers Circle (TATC). The team emerged during a TATC retreat in response to a desire to review the terminology of our teaching. What many teachers were finding, from the direct experience of working with hundred of students, was that some of our teaching was too narrowly defined to meet the many different personal expressions students were finding unfolding along their path of awakening.
The review team's overall intention held that the key elements that form this work will tend to remain perennially true even as the expressions and terminology of the dharma evolve over time. So while there is a perennial truth in our dharma some renovations were needed.
Bill Miller, June Konopka, Kelly Yi, in a team chaired by Robert Silvers, met with numerous Trillium teachers one at a time as well as led large group discussions at TATC full circle tele-conferences as well as at the subsequent TATC retreat in 2017.
After receiving months of feedback they fashioned the input into revised terminology and expanded definitions to describe our teaching. Later in 2017, the Dharma Review team led a final discussion and vote during a TATC teleconference. The TATC was in favor of the suggested revisions.
Not all of our terms changed only a handful A few terms remained the same but the definition was expanded.
Revised terminology is now posted to http://www.trilliumawakening.org/trillium-path-glossary/
In January, 2018 Sandra and Cielle gathered with mentors via video conference to share changes in the Trillium Awakening terminology.

In 2018 the TATC Visionary Council (VC) was created. Members are voted in by the full TATC. One of the authorization of the VC is Ongoing development of, and act as Keepers of, the Dharma. The VC conducts periodic reviews of the TATC terminology.
