Tri County Band Program Accolades
Tri County Band Program Accolades
For the past 10 years, Tri County Schools has been designated as a Best Community for Music Education by the National Association of Music Marketers. Each year, there are a very small handful of school districts in Nebraska who received this award. Last year, there were only 5 Nebraska schools recognized.

Last year, the Tri County Music Department received the special recognition of “Exceptional” Music Participation Award from the Nebraska Music Educators Association. We had 72.2% of high school students participating in a music class.

The Tri County Band Program has consistently been awarded the Excellence in Academic Achievement Award from the Nebraska Bandmasters Association. This award is given to band programs with an average student GPA of 3.49 or higher.
