When folks arrive for the meeting, a sign-in sheet should be available. Every adult needs to sign in, even if there are multiple adults in the group. A check should also be performed for any carrier damage. This is also an opportunity to check with the member regarding any concerns they had with the carrier.
To check in a carrier, enter the carrier id number (from the TBW tag (generally at the end of a waistband or a tail for ringslings and wraps)) into myturn. Then scroll down to select "Record Transaction".
