Julia is the most motivating, encouraging, and realistic coach anyone could ask for. As someone who was looking to cross- train and gain overall strength that was lacking from my main sport as an aerialist, Julia was able to not only incorporate aerial days into my training, but was also able to provide me workouts focused specifically on what I was good at or missing from my aerial routine. Julia is the first trainer Ive had who has looked at me as a whole person with likes and dislikes and a life outside of the gym, and made all of that a priority over "looking a certain way".
