COMPANY INFORMATION STATEMENT
About TransPacific International Insurance Company, Ltd.—
TransPacific International Insurance Company, Ltd. was established in the United Kingdom in 1998. The company initially focused on providing reinsurance and various general insurance products in the international market. In 2002, it relocated its operations to New Zealand, where it continued to expand its business lines by collaborating with several prominent European insurance companies on specialty products.
Due to this valuable relationship, the Board of Directors decided in 2005 to move the operations and the central office back to the United Kingdom. However, in 2016, the company opted to reestablish itself in New Zealand to launch several new insurance products globally and to appeal to a growing market.
TransPacific has transitioned from a specialty lines insurer to a general insurance company, providing a wide range of life and financial products to a select clientele. In January 2021, the company launched its international comprehensive primary medical health insurance and senior coverage plans. These products now include Faith Care, a group plan for faith-based organizations and missionaries traveling worldwide. The expansion of travel insurance into Asia and other regions has been met with positive acceptance and tremendous growth.
During the fourth quarter of 2025, TransPacific underwent a Board of Directors change, which sparked the launch of new innovative products while focusing on its original core health insurance coverage business. In 2026, TransPacific will introduce several new product lines targeted at the Asian market and beyond. It has a projected 2026 revenue of over $4 billion.
