I have worked as a mental health counselor for over three years in different residential and inpatient settings; gaining experience working in crisis with a wide variety of mental health needs such as Bipolar, anxiety, and suicidality. I approach therapy with warmth and compassion to help clients feel supported, safe, and empowered. I incorporate CBT during therapy to help clients gain new perspectives and break down thought spirals. I generally use an eclectic approach to therapy, molding our sessions to use therapeutic styles that work best for each individual. Sessions are always judgement free, and a safe space for clients to share their experiences. I am an advocate for all of my clients, and want to help navigate life's changes and challenges; finding coping skills that are right for you!
