• Inspire participants to advance innovative school models by showcasing examples and deepening participants’ conviction 

• Build an understanding of the case for change and inspire bold thinking

• Create space for deep discussions on topics that can advance innovation in school models

Equitable & Extraordinary: Our work needs to be for all students. It must be designed for all students.

Connect & Collaborate

• Build a coalition of support around district and school leaders interested in innovative learning approaches

• Create (and deepen) connections between people and ideas

• District leaders, funders and ally organizational leaders will work together in sessions focused on key topics that help us all serve young people in better ways

Equitable & Extraordinary: Our work needs to bring in diverse stakeholders. What voices are missing? What voices do we need to amplify? How can we design with an asset lens? 

Sustain & Expand Innovation

• Empower participants as visionary leaders at the ground floor of the Texas educational innovation wave 

• Build a coalition of support around district leaders interested in innovative learning approaches

• Participants will get the chance to decide how to act on the ideas discussed post summit
