For our Welcome Ceremony, please wear your Beyoncé best. Take this night as an opportunity to wear that suit or dress you've been meaning to showcase!

For the majority of the summit, please dress casually. While we dig into this work together, it is important that we are all comfortable so feel free to wear your favorite jeans and that hoodie you live in on the weekends. Think Kindergarten cool! 

For Thursday 9/28, please wear your Summit Shirt for a group picture. In Dallas, the weather in September typically has highs in the mid 80s and lows in the mid 70s. Don’t forget to bring a cardigan or sweater for the chilly moments, just in case!

Booking Your Stay

• We have received a group discount of $159. Hotel costs should also be covered through your grant money.

• The Hotel offers complimentary self-parking for all guests.

• Use this link to book your hotel room by September 15th (see instructions below for  reserving more than one room & process for payment).

For those looking to book multiple reservations, click “Book Now” on your preferred room type, and then click “Add a Room” on the right-hand side. Multiple credit cards are able to be used when booking multiple rooms.

Below, you will find the credit card authorization form that needs to be completed for any reservations that do not match the credit card holder's name. Please note the hotel will need to collect a new credit card upon check-in unless a credit card authorization form is filled out in advance.
