However, Title One Reading is a Tier 2 intervention for those students who are not maintaining grade level success in reading.  After looking at testing data on all of our students, those students who are in need of more intensive, small group instruction are offered Title One Reading services. I meet with these students 5 days a week for 15-20 minutes in groups of no more than 4 at a time. I reinforce literacy skills being taught in the classroom as well as work on skills that they may have missed earlier in their literacy journey.
