At Tracy Area Elementary School, we follow the Minnesota State Standards.
Math
Our math curriculum that we use is called Bridges Math. There are three main components in Bridges:
1.) Number Corner
2.) Bridges in Mathematics
3.) Work Places
All three of these components engage the students in many different ways. They get to work in groups, solve mathematic equations on their own, explore new ideas, use different mathematic tools to help them solve problems, and get a little game play.
Language Arts
Our reading curriculum is called CKLA. This new curriculum engages students in literacy, reading, writing, comprehension, content knowledge, and phonics.Â
CKLA is a new curriculum at our school this year and we are very excited to implement it into our school day!
