About me!
This is my 3rd year at TAES and 19th year of my teaching career. I earned my bachelor's degree in Mathematics and master's degree in Education Leadership from Minnesota State University Moorhead. I have now taught every math course from 5th grade through Calculus! I live in Tracy with my children Lane (14) Soren (12) and Tait (9) and our dog Finn (1). We love sports and any outside adventures we can find. There is often a big stigma surrounding math. Math is about recognizing patterns and solving problems. In life we will always be faced with problems to solve and situations to overcome. What I want kids to take-away, is how to break down the problem solving process and persist to come to a solution.
