To be allowed to go out for sports, a student needs to have the KSHSAA paperwork on file at the school.
This includes;
-Physical-KSHSAA Form(Must be the new Form for 2023-2024)
-Emergency Information
-Concussion Form
-Trainer consent form
-Students with an inhaler will need to have paperwork filled out with the nurse
To be allowed to participate in games/meets
-Student Athletes cannot have any D's or F's on game day.
-Student Athletes are expected to follow all school and team rules.
