Toucan Tango is a 2001 Catana 471 manufactured in Canet-en-Roussillon, France and bought by Marvin and Ruth on the duty-free island of Langkawi, Malaysia.

Marvin says this was the best boat they every owned. Everything worked! It had many firsts - a huge masthead spinnaker, watermaker, solar plates, and an autopilot with memory which could backtrack from tricky places. He remembers it fondly as spectacular and all ready to go.

This wonderful boat took them to Malaysia, Thailand and across the Indian ocean to India and Oman, through pirate's alley to Yemen, then up the Red Sea to Eritrea, Sudan, and Egypt, over to Turkey then across the Mediterranean. Finally across the Atlantic to the Caribbean and St. Lucia.

THIS WAS THE BIGGEST & BEST BOAT!!
