Toshiki joined the Department of Chemistry and Biotechnology 10 years ago (November 1st, 2012). He deeply acknowledges continuous supports from Professor Emeritus Toshiyuki Itoh, colleagues, staffs, and students of the University during that time. Together with Dr. Norihiko Sasaki and co-workers, he will contribute to excellence of the University through chemical research and education at the boundaries of organic chemistry and others research areas.

April 2019 Toshiki Nokami succeeded the group leader from Professor Toshiyuki Itoh (present: Emeritus Professor of Tottori University and Fellow of Toyota Physical and Chemical Research Institute). Now the group consists of 8 undergraduate students, 1 postgraduate student, 8 graduate students including 2 doctoral candidates, 1 postdoctoral fellow, and 2 faculty members.
