An “application for pick up” form MUST be downloaded, printed out, filled in. Please bring THIS FORM and a valid ID with you when you pick up your diploma at your assigned times. Follow this link to fill out the form
If you have moved out of New York City/ New York State (This does NOT include attending college out of city/state), please use this form to request your diploma by mail. Every student who reports to school on their cohort day must have their approved health screening available for a staff member to see upon arrival. If you have been issued a Tottenville HS remote learning device (computer, Chromebook, etc) and are currently having technical issues, you can drop it off at the school between 9am - 2pm, starting tomorrow.
