☀️June & July 2024 - High Nature Sessions 🏵️

During June and July 2024 once again Sasha clients were kindly invited to free sessions at the wonderful High Nature Centre at East Portlemouth where we enjoyed some creative and relaxing activities with communal tasty lunches. Social contact is so important and essential when you are on the surviving abuse journey.
