Student-Centered Coaching
Instructional coaching is a powerful job-embedded professional learning opportunity. In particular, student-centered coaching is an approach that positively impacts student outcomes. Teachers will be expected to participate in at least one coaching cycle across a unit of study. They will work alongside an instructional coach to establish a student-centered learning goal, to co-plan lessons, to co-teach, and to review student data.
Student-Centered Coaching has the most impact on student learning.
