Book Exchange is available all week long.
Most students checkout books during media class, and they can also exchange books in the morning or with a teacher's permission to come to the library.
● Library books - Learners in grades 4-5 may check out 2 library books each week if they choose to do so.
● Learners choose the library books based on things they enjoy reading and have an interest. Sometimes they may choose a chapter book or nonfiction book that they would like to read with someone.
● Students will keep their library book for a week and then bring it back to exchange it for a new one on library day. If no one is waiting for it and they want to borrow it again, they can renew it. Sometimes they are able to return the book early if they finish it and want to get a new one. If they forget, they will be a browser and can just look.
● Please have your student return their books when they are able so they can get a new one.
● If a book is lost or damaged, please let me know and you can replace it or send in money so that I can replace it. It happens! Please let me know if you are unable to do so.
