Already booked an appointment?

If you have already booked a virtual appointment, check the email you provided at booking for the confirmation message. This confirmation email contains a unique link for you to open the iOS scanning app powered by Topology, and will enable your ability to scan. Your unique link contains important information about your appointment — therefore, these links should not be shared with another user.

Please return to your email (on the iOS device you'd like to scan on) and click the provided to link to open the app. The home screen on the app should prompt you to "Start Scanning" automatically.
