Team Registration

All teams need to register at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled challenge (long term or spontaneous whichever occurs first).

All students must be in attendance at registration.

Students without media permission will be issued with a wrist band for identification.

Awards Ceremony

The award ceremony will commence at approximately 4.30pm in the Allen Scott auditorium (located next to rego).

Teams should be dressed in their correct formal school uniform.

The awards ceremony will be held in the Allan Scott auditorium.

Winning teams and facilitators will need to remain behind for a quick meeting regarding The International Final.

Out of Bounds Areas + Supervision

As the general public and university community have access to the campus students should be under the supervision of parents or teachers at all times. The extended TOM community is also reminded to be respectful of university facilities and spaces, and if you have no reason to be in a particular area, please refrain from being there.

Please note that Trinity Church are using AU facilities for their services. They are in the BH and HH buildings.

Parking

There is no parking available on campus at Adelaide University.

There is a 'Drop and Go' area at the front of the school on North Terrace. This is for quick drop offs and for teams who may have large props.

There is ample free and paid street parking.

Additionally, Wilson Parking, UPark, Care Park and Park Yeah offer discounted parking if booked online.

The Bean Bar

Bean Bar will be open from 8.30am with a variety of food and drink options available. It is located across the road on North Terrace. There is a great grassed area with seating here and we recommend this as the hang out area for teams.

There are numerous vending machines located around campus. Other food options are available on Hindley Street are Peter Rabbit Cafe, Phonatic, Yianni's, Cheeseburger, West Oak Hotel etc.

Props and Rubbish

Please help us to keep Adelaide University clean and tidy. You can assist us by:

putting all rubbish in the bins (no props)
taking any team costumes, materials and props home with you
putting chairs and tables back where they belong when you have finished using them
