Submit your resume in Japanese in the prescribed Tohoku University format. Other resume formats will not be accepted.

・Cover letter(s) in English
・Proof of Japanese proficiency
・Other certificates, etc., if required

Include 'International Administrative Staff Member'
in the subject line.

When applying for multiple positions:
Clearly state in the body of your email which positions you are applying for. You do not need to send multiple emails.
Attach a unique cover letter for each position you are applying for, addressed to the affiliated office/department/division, etc.
You only need to submit one resume and one copy of other supporting documents.
Job interviews will be conducted in Japanese.
