Important Notice Regarding Google Spaces Visibility Settings

Please be aware that if you set the visibility of a Google Space to "国立大学法人東北大学," it will become searchable and viewable by all users affiliated with Tohoku University.

When creating and managing Spaces that contain highly confidential information or information that should only be shared among specific members, we strongly recommend using the "Private" setting to prevent unintentional widespread disclosure. Please exercise extreme caution when configuring your visibility settings.

Important Notice Regarding Google Drive Sharing Settings

When sharing files, please do NOT check the "Can find in search results" option.

If this setting is enabled, all users affiliated with Tohoku University will be able to search for and view that file. Please make sure to always turn this setting off.
