"MORE...Toastmasters and Beyond"
Presenter: C.J. Marks (in English)
Do you want more?
Would you like to be on a TEDx stage? Does presenting at a PechaKucha Night interest you? How about speaking at engagements along with mayors, governors and other prestigious personalities?
In addition to being a Toastmaster and having done presentations for Toastmasters from all over the world C.J. Marks has given a TEDx talk and has become a TEDx Presentation Coach. A PechaKucha event coordinator C.J. is also the 2022 ITC-J Speech Champion. He would like to see, and help, Toastmasters in Japan interested in taking on new challenges in public speaking accomplish their goals.
In his own words, "I have the maps and I have the keys...I can show you the way and help you open the doors".
This will be an interactive session with plenty of time for questions and answers.
If you would like to learn how to do more as a public speaker this session is for you.

【概要】
どうすれば読んでもらえるのか、そして、どうすれば心をつかめるのか－－。そんな「書く人の悩み」を解決するためのイベントです。文章は、読みやすくてわかりやすいだけでは不充分。人の目に留まって読み進めてもらい、満足させるには、少し技巧を凝らした「ツヤのある文章」が必要なのです。今回は当クラブの例会レポートをテーマに、魅力のある文章を書くためのヒント、さらに実践的なトレーニング方法について、たっぷり語ります。
【プロフィール】
奥野 宣之（おくの・のぶゆき）／1981年、大阪府生まれ。同志社大学でジャーナリズムを専攻後、出版社・新聞社勤務を経て、著作家・ライターとして活動。読書や情報整理などを主なテーマに執筆や講演活動などを行っている。代表作に『情報は1 冊のノートにまとめなさい[ 完全版]』(ダイヤモンド社)、『心をつかむ文章術 無敵の法則』（アスコム）など。最新刊『ちゃんと「読む」ための本』（PHP研究所）も好評発売中。

ユースリーダーシッププログラムの多面性

Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is a community program for young students provided by Toastmasters International. It helps students to develop their communication and leadership skills in a positive and supportive environment. In this forum, we will invite YLP coordinators in Taiwan (D67), Japan (D76), and Malaysia (D102) to share their stories and inspire us to go beyond.
ユースリーダーシッププログラムは、トーストマスターズ・インターナショナルによって創案された18歳以下の若者のためのコミュニティプログラムです。この前向きで協力的なプログラムを通し、学生たちは自身のコミュニケーションスキルとリーダーシップスキルを養うことができます。今回のフォーラムでは、台湾 (D67)、日本 (D76)、マレーシア (D102) で行われているYLPのコーディネーターをお招きし、プログラムから得た経験やYLPの今後の発展についてもお話し頂きます。
