• For participants, accommodation will be arranged at TNAU ­guest houses and student hostels at minimal charges (on a first come - first served basis)

• Coimbatore International Airport located at Peelamedu, lies about 13 kilometers from the venue (TNAU), and enroute, you shall encounter places namely SITRA, Hopes Junction; PSG Group of Institutions, Lakshmi Mills etc., on the Coimbatore - Salem highway aka Avinashi road.

• Private accommodations are available within a radius of 4 km (2.5 miles) from the venue. Nearby places within a distance about 3 - 5 kims from the venue include Vadavalli, RS Puram, Saibaba Colony and Gandhipark.

• Private accommodations are available near Railway Station / Gandhipuram which lie about 5 - 6 kms from the venue.
