1. 座位公告 (Seating Plan): 

座位圖將於典禮前 2 天公告，現場亦有工作人員引導。 

The seating chart will be announced 2 days before the ceremony. Staff will be on-site to assist you.

2. 家長席規劃 (Guest Seating): 

家長席原則上安排於會場後方。我們將視當天報名人數，決定是否開放額外的保留區座位。 

Guest seating is generally located at the back of the auditorium. Depending on attendance, additional reserved seating may be opened.

3. 動線限制 (Entrance Control):

   • 14:10 開始管制： 典禮開始後將進行出入管制，非必要請勿進出。 

Access control begins at 14:10. Please avoid entering or leaving unless necessary.

3. • 分流進場： 3 樓會場前門僅供師長及工作人員進出；畢業生及家長請統一由 4 樓入口進場。 

The 3F front entrance is for faculty and staff only. All graduates and guests must enter through the 4F entrance.
