At Alair Homes Brandon, we believe in building more than homes, we're committed to supporting the people who shape our communities. Our Trades Scholarship is designed to assist graduating students in their final year of study who are pursuing a career in the skilled trades, helping offset the cost of essential tools, supplies, or equipment as they begin their professional journey.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
Be graduating high school with a combination of academic courses and enrollment in one of the trade profiles listed below; or
Be currently enrolled in one of the trade profiles at a post-secondary institution and set to graduate in the current academic year
Applicants must also reside within a 100km radius of Brandon, Manitoba and demonstrate a passion for their trade, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellence in their work.

The Neal Stoesz Memorial Scholarship is intended to recognize graduating students who have participated in sports in the past year and who will be pursuing a trade or university degree at the post-secondary level at a recognized College or University anywhere in North America.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be an active member of an organized sports program at the high school or within the community
Both academic achievement and community service will be given priority consideration
Will be attending college or university in the fall

The Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario Command of the Royal Canadian Legion is pleased to offer bursaries to students who can demonstrate need of assistance. These bursaries will be awarded to Manitoba students who are continuing on to higher education.
To qualify for a bursary a student must have his or her place of permanent residence in Manitoba and also be one of the following:
be an ex-service member,
be a son, daughter, grandchild, or great-grandchild of an ex-service member or of a deceased ex-service member.

The Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario Command of the Royal Canadian Legion is pleased to offer scholarships to students based on academic achievement.
To qualify for a scholarship a student must have their place of permanent residence in Manitoba and also be one of the following:
be an ex-service member, who is a member of The Royal Canadian Legion,
be a son, daughter, grandchild, or great-grandchild of an ex-service member or of a deceased ex-service member who is a member of the Royal Canadian Legion or who was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion at the time of his or her death.
Subject to the provisions for qualifications referred to above, these scholarships will be awarded to students with the highest average marks. This person must provide proof of registration that they are continuing on to a school of higher education to pursue studies leading to a degree.

Outline
Take Two is a small company with big dreams. Our reputation and success can be 100% attributed to the amount of effort and passion we put into our work daily. The purpose of this award is to recognize an individual who is passionate about what they do. A person who puts their best foot forward every day, and whose level of energy is noticeable to others. We want to remind you that EFFORT itself is absolutely enough to fulfill all that you strive to accomplish. Specifically, we are looking for a student who has displayed this passion and effort especially within their local high school community. This award is not about achieving the most, but rather about trying the hardest, being involved, and doing your best. This involvement could be in various areas including (but definitely not limited to) athletics, the arts, academics and/or volunteer work.
Pre-Requisite: Only Grade 12 students may apply. The student must be enrolled in a school serviced by Take Two. As long as the school is withing one of the following school divisions (below), applicants will be eligible:
British Columbia: Campbell River School District (No. 72), Central Okanagan School District (No. 23), Delta School District, School District No. 83 (North Okanagan-Shuswap).
Alberta: Fort McMurray Public School District.
Manitoba: Hanover School Division, Interlake School Division, Lord Selkirk School Division, School District of Mystery Lake, Portage la Prairie School Division, River East Transcona School Division, Seven Oaks School Division, Turtle Mountain School Division, The Winnipeg School Division.

The WCG Technology Scholarship Program offers five awards of $5,000 to exemplary students entering a technology-based field of study. WCG provides these scholarships to high-school graduates in the communities serviced by WCG. The WCG Technology Scholarship was established to support the students who excel academically, are entering a Canadian post-secondary education institute in a technology-based field of study, and contribute to their communities.
Eligibility
The scholarships will be awarded to an individual who:
Is enrolled in or in the process of enrolling in their first year of a Bachelor's degree or diploma program in a technology-based field at a Canadian post-secondary institute, beginning in the fall of 2026.
Can demonstrate academic excellence, a passion for technology, and contributions toward their community.
Is a Canadian permanent resident.
Are students in grade 12 graduating in 2026.
Is currently attending high school in an area the WCG services.
Selection Criteria
Proven academic excellence.
History of volunteering and community service.
Proven leadership skills.
