Students interested in taking courses through the Warpath Academy are given multiple opportunities to see what programs are available and the future each pathway aligns with. Through events such as the CTE Pathways Camp, CTE Symposium, Career Days, College Nights, and more, all students are given information to help them plan their high school careers.

In order to take advantage of everything, it is imperative that students read the Tuloso-Midway Warpath Academy Dual Credit Handbook, along with the handbook through which they are taking dual credit courses.
Does your student receive accommodations at TMHS? Would like them to receive accommodations through Texas A&M University-Kingsville anbd/or Coastal Bend College? No, the Warpath program is a school-within-a-school model. All Warpath students will take courses and participate in TMHS courses and events.
The Warpath Academy is made up of two programs: P-TECH and General Studies. Students who are in the General Studies (core-only) program can register for courses based on the dual credit registration dates. However, student registration for P-TECH programs is annual, meaning registration is only in the Fall prior to the school year the student will first start enrollment into the program.
Yes, all Warpath students are considered Tuloso-Midway High School students and will receive all the benefits of being a Warrior or Cherokee.
Yes and No. Students in ENGL 1301, ENGL 1302, BIOL 1306/1106, and BIOL 1307/1107 will follow the TMISD academic calendar because they are taught on TMHS campus by TMHS teacher. All other students must follow the academic calendar tied to their dual credit course.
It is possible for the student to receive accommodations at their college or university, however, it is up to the student to complete the process. For Texas A&M Univ. - Kingsville courses, students can request services through the Disability Resource Center. For students at Coastal Bend College, students can request services from the Office of Accessibility Services.
