2023-2024 Club Proposal Form

All middle school clubs must submit a Club Proposal Form for the 2023-2024 school year to be considered for approval, no matter if your club existed previously at TMI Episcopal Middle School or will be a new club this year. Please read the directions on the form carefully and fully. If you have any questions, please email the Assistant Head of Middle School and Student Life, Mrs. Clements at j.clements@tmi-sa.org.

Club Chapel will be on September 11, 2023, thus the deadline listed on the form must be adhered to so that all club booths and information for others to join your club are prepared for the event.
