Hello everyone! My name is Abby Grant. I am your child's new 4th grade teacher! Through all the craziness of transition from school online to in person, I wanted to make myself as accessible as possible. I look forward to hearing from you throughout our time together so we may support your child as best we can together!

A bit about me:

I was born and raised in Newport News, Virginia. I went to college at Christopher Newport University (CNU) where I got my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Teaching. I originally moved to Scotts Valley to be a naturalist at Mission Springs. I had lived in Newport News for 21 years and decided to have a fresh start. Last fall i moved out to Scotts Valley and have never looked back. I love teaching and have missed the opportunity to do so! Thank you so much for trusting me as we go through these crazy times with COVID-19. I promise you we all have the student's best intentions at heart.
