I am so excited be your child’s 3rd grade teacher this year!

Where am I from?

I grew up in San Jose, CA with my parents, my older sister and a large extended family.  I loved acting in plays, skiing in Tahoe with my family, running, and doing all kinds of fun trips with my church youth group. Through the years I also enjoyed playing soccer, swimming for a swim team and playing field hockey for my high school team.

My Education:

I graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with my Bachelor's of Arts in Speech Communication in 2000. Go Mustangs!  In 2001 I earned my California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (and got married to my husband, Josh!) It was a great year. ;)

My Hobbies:

I love spending time adventuring with my friends and family in God's incredible creation!  Some of my favorite places to explore with my family have been the rain forests of Costa Rica, skiing in the Sierras and mountains of Oregon and hiking through our beloved Redwood Forest.  I also treasure time with my boys during our weekly adventures to many of our local beaches.
