On September 1 & 2, 2022, SKR held their annual English Program Upper-Level Score Up Camp.
English Program students from M4 - M6 presented their projects to their teachers and fellow classmates. The students also participated in activities that required them to use the 4 basic language learning skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Thank you to the SKR Foreign Language Department, teachers, and staff for helping to make this event a success.
Our M4 students in the English Program are participating in the PITCH @ School Initiative. Our students are given the opportunity to use their creativity to develop solutions to try and solve real-life problems. It also teaches them the importance of teamwork.
M4 Homeroom Teachers Ajarn Tuangsub Sosawaeng and Teacher Robin Donnelly recently visited the homes of some of their students. These visits encourage cultural exchange and help to form partnerships of open communication between parents and teachers.
SKR held their annual English Program Lower Level Score Up Camp on February 3 and 4, 2022.
Our goal for this camp was for all students in our English Program Mathayom 1-3 to become more comfortable with the English language and enhance their presentation skills through real-life learning, conducting experiments, as well as working together by using communication, trust, and respect.
Our camp was a great success thanks to all the hard work of the SKR Foreign Language Department, all teachers, and staff.
Students from M4 and M5 participated in a virtual exchange program with native English-speaking students from Te Puke High School in New Zealand.
Upper and Lower Level students were able to take theoretical knowledge and apply it in practical ways during the 2020-2021 Score-Up Camps. This allows students to use what they are learning in their EP classrooms in "real-life" situations.
M.1 - M.6 students compete each year during the Zone D EP Competition! This year, SKR EP placed in the majority of categories earning Gold in 13/16 categories! Next year, we aim to achieve Gold in all categories! Our upper-level students were lucky enough to take a photo with our School Director, Mr. Chalee Watanakejorn.
