All the students and teachers gathered today for an introduction to the new RE Year where they were introduced to the new theme and goals. They then split of to their respective classes where they continued their class orientations with their new teachers.

Thank God for the wonderful opportunity to fellowship with one another at our RE Burnaby Outing to Greendale Acres Farm in Chilliwack. With the 2024-25 theme being "Work out your own Salvation", we thought it was a perfect way to wrap up the RE Year by going to a real corn maze and farm with parents, students and teachers. Burnaby RE held its 2024-25 RE Year End on 30th August. All the students have been diligently practicing for their presentations for the past few weeks and today was the day they were to present to the congregation. May God continue to guide the students, teachers, parents and overall the RE Ministry in Burnaby Church.

Praise and thank God that 12 students from Calgary, Burnaby, Vancouver and Pacifica church came to Vancouver Church on 24-27 August to learn about "A Life of Prayer". In the short few days, we sang together, we prayed together, we laughed together and we drew closer to God together. We truly thank God for this wonderful opportunity to be with one another.

Burnaby RE held its first RE Family Fellowship of 2025. Many parents, teachers and students came together to enjoy a fellowship meal with one another. Praise and Thank God!

Winter Student Spiritual Convocation in Burnaby: A Life of Faith
Praise and thank God that Burnaby Church held its first WSSC in Dec 2024. A total of 39 students, 8 counselors and 2 instructors took a week out of their winter break to dedicate the time to learn the word of God and to draw near to Him.
We thank God for his wonderful love and guidance throughout the whole process from planning to execution of the event. May all glory and honor be given unto His Holy name!

Thank God, the intense escape room J class fellowship was held successfully on Aug 18.

Impart spiritual knowledge to the students, and build up the pure faith within them (2 Tim 3:15; Col 3:16).
Guide students toward Christ-like behavior, and teach them to live a Christian way of life (Pro 22:6; Mt 5:14-16).
Guide students to pray for the power of the Holy Spirit and to serve in the kingdom of God (Gal 5:22-23; Acts 1:8).
Train students to preach the good news and become effective witnesses with the power of the Holy Spirit and the word of God (2 Tim 4:2; Mk 16:15-18; Mt 24:14).
