About Mental Health

Mental health has a common stigma around it that many people don't want to talk about. People with mental illness may feel they are looked down on, shamed, or ignored due to the stigma. It's important to know that mental health is brain health. Going to a therapist or psychiatrist should be treated the same as going to a doctor for other medical issues. Mental health is brain health.
