The City of Fulshear has engaged TIP Strategies, an Austin-based economic development consulting firm, to assist with the preparation of an Economic Development Strategic Plan.

Over the next 3 months, the consulting team will be conducting interviews, focus groups, and an online survey to develop a better understanding of Fulshear’s economic development opportunities and challenges.

Together, the steering committee and consulting team will refine and prioritize Fulshear’s best opportunities and develop a strategic plan around these top priorities. This work will result in a shared set of strategies for guiding the region’s economic growth over the next 10 years.
