OUR STORY
TimPRO47 began with a simple conviction: every young adult is created for a life of purpose.

For more than 30 years, Peter Hattlestad has invested in young adults through leadership development, outdoor education, mentoring, and ministry. Along the way, God planted a vision that eventually became TimPRO47—a movement dedicated to empowering, equipping, and raising up the next generation of Godly leaders.

TimPRO47 exists because too many young adults are trying to navigate life alone. We believe lasting growth happens through intentional relationships, healthy community, practical training, and Christ-centered mentorship.

We envision a generation of young adults who are spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, relationally connected, and equipped to lead wherever God calls them. Through mentorship, community, service, and intentional discipleship, we desire to see lives transformed and communities strengthened.
