These personal safety videos are to help you to stay safe if someone tries to hurt you, or makes you feel uncomfortable. Use the "Protect Yourself Rules" to stay safe. Watch these with a grown up you trust and ask them questions! Talk about these videos with a grownup you trust.
Remember, if someone says or does something that makes you feel uncomfortable or icky inside, you need to talk to an adult you trust right away! Someone like your teacher, someone in your family or your school counselor can help!
