Training future leaders

Objectives

To enhance the leadership qualities of student leaders in areas including their proactiveness, self-confidence, readiness to face challenges, communication skills, spirit of service, etc.
To help them gain exposure in settings outside school, such as an adventure-based training camp and training workshop, and by nomination for territory-wide leadership training opportunities
To nurture among them a greater sense of belonging to the school, as well as the continuity of the spirits of Ti-Ians through their involvement in school functions whichever appropriate.

Through various self-breakthrough and team challenges, we strive to enhance our student leaders' self-confidence, communication skills, problem-solving abilities.
Diverse training opportunities have been provided, including day camps, various challenge activities, leadership skills training workshops and mountain craft training, etc.
