Student information forms (includes emergency information, media release, etc)
Student/Parent School Handbook Acknowledgement (the handbook can be obtained within the school app)
iPad information and documentation (includes the iPad Handbook, charger request, student pledge for use of iPad)
Personal Electronic Devices Policy
Chargers for 3rd-8th graders are available upon request (the request form is included in the iPad forms). If a charger is requested, one of the following types (see pictures below) will be issued. The same Apple-brand power adapter and cable that is issued to the student must be returned along with the iPad at the end of the school year. Only Apple-brand items will be accepted. Kinder-2nd grade students do not take the iPad home every day (no chargers are issued for Kinder-2nd grade students).
