Out of Network Insurances 

If you have insurance that is not listed to the left as being in-network, you may still be able to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company for what you pay out of pocket. This is called out-of-network benefits and is typically outlined in your insurance contract. This process is essentially allowing you to bill your own insurance company. 

If you do have these benefits, your out-of-pocket expense can be as little as your copay after reimbursement. You can also use a Health Savings Account (HSA; credit card from insurance company), to pay out-of-pocket fees for sessions with pre-tax dollars. 

We are able to check for out-of-network reimbursement benefits for many insurance contracts to be able to guide expected reimbursement amounts.  Please email admin@thrivingmindsadhd.com to request this verification of benefits and understand what to expect with out-of-network reimbursement. Please allow up to two business days to respond to these requests.

We use Reimbursify (see the link above) to process reimbursement claims efficiently at no additional cost to the patient.  If you would like to file a reimbursement claim, please click on the link above and fill out the information from your insurance card and superbill (healthcare receipt) emailed by the office following your visit.
