Sporting Groups & Teams
We welcome local and visiting sporting teams of all sizes! Our space is ideal for pre- and post-training recovery, boosting performance, and keeping your athletes in peak condition.We do sponsor some of our great local sporting teams and always looking to help educate and keep players in tip top condition in and out of sports season.
Team Bonding & Workplace Sessions
Take wellness outside the office and into a calm, rejuvenating space. We’ve hosted everything from workplace wellness days to Christmas group sessions for businesses looking to relax, connect, and recharge together.

Personal training at Thrive Wellness Hub is led by owner and coach Tamara-Dean, and it’s where her passion for health, movement, and the human body first began.
These sessions are built on the belief that movement is medicine. Training isn’t about punishment or chasing someone else’s version of fitness, it’s about learning your body, respecting it, and building strength in a way that supports your life, health, and nervous system.
Coaching focuses on helping clients fall back in love with their bodies by understanding how they move, how they recover, and how they respond to training. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include:
Training in alignment with mental and hormonal cycles
Injury management and rehabilitation-focused movement
Mobility, release work, and movement quality
Building a strong, resilient body that supports daily life
Education around listening to your body and training smarter, not harder
This is personal training designed to fit you to your fitness, not force you into a system that doesn’t serve you.
All sessions are delivered in a safe, calm, non-intimidating space, away from crowded commercial gyms, allowing you to train with confidence, focus, and support.
To support long-term results and recovery, every personal training session includes a complimentary 30-minute wellness and recovery session at Thrive, seamlessly integrating movement, recovery, and nervous system care into one complete experience.
This is holistic coaching, led with intention where strength, education, recovery, and wellbeing come together.
This is not open-ended coaching.
There is a minimum commitment period for coaching, as real change takes consistency, trust, and time.
