Game-day audio sponsorships give local businesses a unique way to connect with fans through short, professional audio advertisements played at Thomas Heyward Academy home athletic events. These ads are broadcast over the stadium sound system using GameTime Neptune and are heard before games, during warm-ups, and at scheduled breaks in play.
Audio sponsorships are available by athletic season or for the full school year. Fall sponsorships run during football games, winter sponsorships run during boys’ and girls’ basketball games, and spring sponsorships run during baseball games. Businesses may choose one season or combine multiple seasons for extended exposure throughout the year.
If you do not already have an audio advertisement, GameTime Neptune will create a radio-style ad for you at no additional cost. Sponsors simply complete a short form with information about their business or service. The finished audio ad is yours to keep and may be reused for radio, podcasts, social media, or other promotional needs beyond Thomas Heyward Academy events.
Audio ads are typically 10–30 seconds in length, family-friendly, and rotated evenly with other sponsors to ensure consistent exposure throughout each event.
Options per Season: Audio ad played at all home games for one athletic season (fall, winter, or spring), with professional ad creation included if needed.
Options per Year: Audio ad played throughout all athletic seasons for full-year exposure, with professional ad creation included if needed.
